And just as God, in His longsuffering, waited patiently for David to see and acknowledge his sin, His patience, love, and forgiveness are there for you also.

We can’t promise you that the information provided here will help you kick this habit once and for all overnight. But, God willing, the practical steps outlined, and resources linked to, can help set you on a path to overcoming this problem in your life.
